REGISTRATION IS NOW LIVE for NY YOUTH CONVENTION! All the details are below...

WHAT:
New York Youth Convention... A gathering of teenagers from AG churches all over New York State, coming to seek God together and grow spiritually. There are four services over the three days with a great worship team and a speaker who will be communicating directly to teenagers. When services are over, the retreat-like atmosphere will allow our students to connect with one another and Centerway leaders. Free time activities will be enjoyed as a group, along with attending some of the "Fine Arts" performances. It is an incredible opportunity for students to grow spiritually but to also deepen relationships with others.

WHEN:
Thursday, April 17 - Saturday, April 19

WHO:
Any students currently in grades 7 - 12

WHERE:
Convention will be held at the SRC Arena on Onondaga Community College Campus (4585 W Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY 13215)
Students will be sleeping at the Best Western in Liverpool, NY (136 Transistor Pkwy, Liverpool, NY 13088)

REGISTRATION:
Must register & pay deposit by THURSDAY, MARCH 13

COST:
$185 per student (Second/third child discount is $175)

This is the TOTAL COST for registration, housing, and ALL meals.
**$100 due with registration on 3/13; remainder is due Sunday, 3/30**

OPTIONAL COSTS: 
1. Your student may bring additional money for snacks at the hotel
2. Money for t-shirt ($25) and/or hoodie ($45). If you know your student would like one, indicate that on Centerway Student Convention 2025 sign up form and add that amount to the total you pay. T-shirts and hoodies will also be available at the SRC Arena but sizes/quantities are not guaranteed. Design pictures are below.

WHAT TO BRING:
Change of clothes for two days, pajamas, etc. Shoes and clothes should be comfortable.
Swimsuit and towel (for hotel down time)
A Bible/phone with Bible app and a journal/pen. (There will be very limited screen time.)
Toiletries
Snacks (if you'd like)
Money for snacks and/or cash for merchandise at the Convention Center. T-shirts and hoodies will be available; T-shirt ($25) and/or hoodie ($45) 

***Students will be responsible to carry their own snack/merchandise money that they bring with them.***

IMPORTANT TIMES:
Meet at Centerway Church (936 Cheese Factory Rd. Honeoye Falls, NY 14472) at 4:00pm on Thursday, April 17. We will be leaving at 4:30pm sharp. Please be sure your student has eaten. We will not eat until after service on Thursday night. Approved Centerway Student Team leaders will be transporting all Students to, during, and from the event.
We will return Saturday, April 19 between 12:30 and 1:00pm to Centerway Church. We will text when we are on our way.
